Service Description

Strengthen your core and pelvic floor with yoga and pilates-based movements. Great for anyone wanting a strong, healthy body. Helps for diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse, and back pain. Babysitting available upon request! If you'd like to request babysitting, let us know by Sunday night so we can plan accordingly. Please arrive on time and bring your own yoga mat :)
