Service Description

As entrepreneurs, business professionals, community leaders and mothers, we juggle hard choices— How much of myself do I bring into my business? How do I create boundaries? How do I avoid burn-out? From defining your passion and vision, to crystallizing your unique persona, to nourishing your individuality, you will learn to leverage your greatest asset in your business— your SELF. Join us for a workshop with practical tools, invigorating conversation, and an open floor Q&A. Yocheved Sidof is a founder, social entrepreneur, educator and activist. In 2010, she challenged normative school models and founded a progressive Chassidic school, Lamplighters Yeshivah, which grew from a hopeful endeavor to a fast-growing, internationally recognized movement in education reform. During her decade as CEO, she developed strategic relationships with diverse innovators, educators and philanthropists from across the Jewish community, raising $5 million from major gifts and crowd-funding. Yocheved is a writer, speaker, coach and consultant on the intersection of innovation and tradition, and creating communities with healing at the center. She founded a leadership empowerment firm that supports entrepreneurs and philanthropists to enact their visions with a holistic, systemic lens. Yocheved harnesses her unique background to advise clients on strategic development, change management, fundraising and outreach. Yocheved sits on boards supporting innovations in mental health awareness and the self-transformation and wellness space. Most recently, she became a Senior Advisor for Gender and Leadership at Leading Edge, leading the effort to understand and solve the gender gap in leadership in the Orthodox Jewish community. She was selected as part of the inaugural cohort of the Wexner Field Fellowship in 2017, NEXUS, the Women In Faith Fellowship, the recipient of the Perkins Award at Seth Godin’s altMBA, and one of the Jewish Week’s "36 Under 36" for her pioneering mission and achievement in social entrepreneurship. Yocheved and her husband Yossi live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn with their five children and dog, Journey. $15 cover charge In partnership with CHYE
